SUV's

Many of you may be driving an SUV everyday. SUVs are great all-round cars, offering flexibility and power for every condition. If you are thinking about getting a new SUV, maybe it is time to consider hybrid SUVs as an alternative option. A lot of people think of hybrid cars as expensive, let alone hybrid SUVs, but it is actually well priced and affordable. Let us look at our options, shall we?

There are several hybrid SUVs available on the market these days. We can start with the famous Volkswagen Touareg TDI for $68,000, or maybe the BMW X5 Diesel priced at $45,900, as options for those seeking for Luxury SUVs. Too expensive? You can always opt for the Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD ($34,400) or Toyota Highlander Hybrid ($33,700). Still not affordable enough, you say? The Ford Escape Hybrid, well known for its performance, is priced at $ $26,300. You can also buy the Pontiac Vibe – compact crossover, multipurpose, vehicle in the new segment – for $17,400, offering one of the best values for money compared to other both hybrid and gasoline cars. Last but not least, we have our very own segment buster – half compact car, half sport wagon, and half small crossover utility – the Toyota Matrix, sold at a cool $16,200 retail price.

Oh, driving hybrid cars will also allow you to save money on fuel and tax (through tax rebates, depending on your country’s policy). It will be well worth the investment, especially with all those options above, all reasonably priced. Who said hybrid cars are expensive?
