Toyota

It is only natural that the Toyota Prius became the best hybrid car; it is also the best selling one. It has great features, a magnificent all-electric mode, as well as a stunningly fast gas-electric option, beautiful exterior and a nice and comfortable interior - and of course, an affordable price. Sold at $22,000 (suggested retail price), the Toyota Prius also offers complete safety. It introduces one of the best stability control systems that is certain to make driving it a safe and pleasant experience.

Not enough, you say? Well, the Toyota Prius is also equipped with future-car features such as keyless entry, a high-tech dashboard with GPS and digital fuel consumption meter, rear view camera for parking purposes, and of course, integrated control buttons built in to your steering wheel.

Toyota is planning to release a new version of the Toyota Prius in 2010, offering even more stunning features and a wider selection of models; there will be a small SUV, a compact car, and of course a wagon version of the Toyota Prius. Toyota Prius clearly deserves the title “Best Hybrid Car”, and the next generation of it will (most likely) live up to the reputation - especially if Toyota sets the price to be as affordable as the first generation.
